Unless otherwise specified, the Ultralite Full-body clinical system comes with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty against defective parts and components. Our Panelite systems come with a similar 1 year warranty. Your warranty does not include lamps.

For support with any technical issues, you can reach one of our qualified technicians at our service line. Many issues may be resolved over the phone. However, we can also schedule service calls to repair, calibrate, and maintain your machine in the field. Please contact us for assistance resolving any technical issues or to set up an appointment.
